Both crews are gone now James sorry.
I have found a Marcus starter crew (metal) if you or anyone else is interested. Built and undercoated.

No different from any other company tbh.
In essence they are doing the table top equivalent of DLC for console/PC games which is a reasonably logical step to take.
If little Timmy, the WoW noob will pay £5 for a new cosmetic for his Paladin, why w…
Is shadowsun complete with drones and is it fine cast or metal?. Also might be interested in the Land raider. PM me with prices please.
I'd offer to trade but I'm keeping my nids for now.
I can't speak for fantasy but GW have stated on several occasions that the current edition of 40k was not made with tournament style play in mind, going on the number of random rolls I'd say that applied to WHFB too but thats just my opinion ( cant…
I think your reading too much into it. After studying the new Dark Elves book since release I have a hard time seeing any auto-win models and combos and that's from a Matt Ward book!
Sure there are some nasty things but every book has those, it's fa…
Read any WD battle report and you'll notice that roughly 8 out of 10 battles see the new product winning, its one of the many tools used to make them look like must haves.
It doesn't make them over powered, broken or flat out better than the rest, …
After picking your 200pts you choose up to 3 universal rules from the list and give each of them to separate models.
You can only take a universal rule once and a model can only be given a single rule.
So say you take 10 marines, you pick 3 and give…
@ James:
Wraithknights are T8 and are 240pts base so you won't see any of those.
Riptides are T5, are 180pts base BUT you must have 3 models and it has a 2+ armour save which is not allowed so you won't see that either :P
Which pdf will be used for the rules then?
They both say different things in places, example: the 1st pdf lists what USRs you can take while the 2nd says you can take any - including stuff like putting Torrent on a model with a lascannon.
While I'm happy the club is getting tables I can't say I'm happy about having to virtually excommunicate myself from the club in order for the stance on it to be suddenly reversed days later.
It shouldn't have been necessary in the first place.
I'm…
@IAN mostly - No one mentioned boards, though it doesn't hurt to have extra and it's been said at the club already, the red folding board with the broken hinge and the huge sand board could quite easily be replaced - especially considering the abund…
@Liam - look at the GW's most expensive... Thread. George flat out stated that tables were being bought 'next week'. That was on the 24th of July. After the meeting where those matters were breifly addressed. It's now almost October with nothing to …
That's ridiculous. The club can afford to waste cash on trips for selected individuals and stuff like boardgames but refuses to get the stuff it needs, what's up with that?
Point of example - According to the treasurer the club was buying some table…
Nothing on the smoggycon website about SGS running a game, though i note that the scarborough wargames club is listed as attending.... might wanna get that looked at.
I assume this is now going to be a club funded outing and no longer a carpooling …
Posted this on a few sites i visit here's one of the responses i got:
'Saw this posted on facebook too, but there is one big problem with it. Why would i want to limit my potential customers? Anyone who looks on this site will no doubt be looking o…
A swing and a miss, a mere £1,156 is nothing compared to what they've come up with now, how does £7,065 grab you?
