I know I'm not alone in having a battalion of figures still in boxes and blisters. It's easy to get carried away. My list is on the large side....
In my drawer I have:

2 Minotaurs
3 Crocodiles
8 Saxons
1 Giant scorpion
1 Marauder Giant
20 Orx
10 Squats
20 Elves
10 Boar riders
10 Heru archers
10 Khemru slingers
50 Epic space marines
4 Glade riders
1 Gladiator
10 Sci-fi troopers
9 Victorian Bobbies
5 Victorian characters
20 Skaven
and some odds and ends. Anybody else still with a lead mountain/plastic horde this close to Xmas?
