I've written some simple rules for campaign play with scenarios and will be bringing my gang Monday for playtesting if anyone is interested. Will put them online shortly.
3 scenarios tested. Next time we will try The Rustlers.
New rule: In step 1 of the post-fight sequence, All gangs earn $4D6-(the number of members in your gang). This is in addition to any money gained for the scenario.
The Movement and Shooting phases are merged. Shooting can occur at any point during the figures movement. If a figure charges or runs no shooting can take place. Any figure that doesn't move is considered aiming at +1BS.
Design notes: This creates a more realistic shootout by allowing gangers to shoot as they move between cover. When close a ganger could fire his revolver then turn and leg it. It also allows cowards to hide behind buildings for safety. Their protection can be mitigated with strategic use of overwatch.

A few scenarios aren't written yet, but there's enough there.

May have to give the serious injury chart a look, without the opportunity for armour we'll end up with more casualties.
Eventually of course we'll have written a new game...
