The BOLS guys were denying having a CaD the other day...
I have to say this though:
They encouraged, reposted, and kept images of protected material, shared army book rules and god knows what else.
Essentially, they crossed the line drawn between rumours and infringement, probably broke some laws, and GW slapped them down for it.
It seems fair to me.
