I think it came up on the 19th of december, and I checked amazon. The book wasnt down.
I think every time someone checks, the book seems to still be there.
I think that GW does indeed have a section 16 trademark in the US, and an obligation to defend it or lose it.
I also think that her original blog post about it showed an overly in depth knowledge of GW, (she mentions the adeptus arbites for one) and a lot of "tear jerking" about her starving child and war veterans.
My suspicion is currently that its a publicity drive on her part...
This kind of litigation in general is getting stupid. "Space Marine" is vague at best, let alone Apple's "We're going to patent moving your fingers in a certain way". Did you know that building a KIndle requires over 200 patents?
