Vapnartak show, and AGM reminder
Hey guys and girls. 2 brief announcements.
First, on Sunday 7th Feb, the club is putting on a minibus to York and the games show vapnartak. We will be setting off from the Vic at 9am sharp, your £5 deposit for a seat on the bus needs to be handed in to our treasurer and will be given back to you on the bus that morning.
And second, We would like to remind you that 2 weeks today is out AGM (8 th Feb), and closing date for your applications to be on the committee is next Monday (1st Feb) and you must have a seconder too. Positions available are:
Chairman
Vice chairman
Treasurer
Secretary
Card co-ordinator
Tournament organiser and;
Events organiser.
If you are interested in any of these then please hand in your application to Chris by the end of the club night next Monday. Thank you, happy gaming and good luck!
