I never liked how the Basilisk is direct fire only, it makes its range almost useless. On the plus side it's a 2" blast - so the Medusa is 2" too?
-
I expect you'll have those rats outgunned!
-
Ahh incredible! It's easy to forget how many tanks they've blessed the Imperium with. Want to try out the Punisher and Bane Wolf. Upto 5 sustained fire will be fun to play with. Is the Medusa gun a targeted, 3+ to hit auto vehicle damaging weapon?…

Costs are £1 per form. Each form lets you list up to 10 "items". Each item could be a figure or a whole army or whatever. 10% commission is taken from sales. Without checking old paperwork I couldn't say how that's divided between the show/James/cha…

One week left until the DD. Starting at 7pm sharp. Bring your lucky pilot pants!
-
Theres a large following for X-wing, and a growing group into Bolt Action. Warmachine and LOTR are seen regularly too.
-
Cheers Ian, I've found my collection but theres less than I'd like.
-
LOTR comes out regularly. We've even played it on the beach with a sandcastle - check our facebook page for photos! The best way to organise games is on this forum so just post up when you're free. If theres enough interest we could do a LOTR tourn…

To be fair, the final rules were only published on May 20th. Does the club/players even have enough templates and scatter/artillery, and sustained fire dice between them? Gonna be a nightmare sharing between tables.

Running with 7 of us is a bit awkward. Unless Liam objects lets postpone and consider the 16th as a candidate date.
-
Wednesday is good, I'll see ya there chief.
-
Actually I was going to suggest postponing it. Since myself and Chris are in the tournament, we need to get Liam more familiar with the rules as umpire. I think George and Craig also need a few more practice games since theres custom rules in play, …

haha Had a great day, will post on the blog about the club trip soon.

Paul assumes there will be 2 spots empty!

Apparently Necromunda has become popular! Perhaps someone should tell GW...

http://www.ukgamesexpo.co.uk/carparking.php Chris we might be hunting down a car park spot for a while. I asked them about minibus spots but no reply.

I can't make Sunday anymore, so have fun guys! Joe is joining us now, I think George is too.
-
If you can wait a few weeks there is a Bring & Buy at War Torn. From the interest so far I think it will be a busy weekend for poor James!
-
Suggestions for Sunday. - National Rail Museum - Betton farm - Rowntree Park, York - National Media Museum - Robin Hoods Bay + Museum (free but best to pre-book) - Filey Bird Garden & Animal park (group discount) - Playdale farm (not free) - Ry…

Did they ever stock wargames at Whitby? If not I can bring it up in the next Boyes meeting.
-
Whats RRP? Mark doesn't the Whitby store stock 40K?

My force will be painted in the "red era" style so should look great in photos :-)
